Maarc Casting Wax Sheets are thin green dental wax sheets developed for fabricating patterns used in cast partial denture frameworks. Their controlled thickness allows dental technicians to create detailed frameworks while maintaining the desired dimensions before casting.

The wax can be cut, adapted, sculpted, and built up according to the required framework design. Its clean burnout characteristics help produce accurate castings while reducing unnecessary finishing and machining.

1 × Maarc Casting Wax Sheets – 200 g

1. Ensure the working model and surface are clean and dry.
2. Cut the required section of casting wax to the desired size and shape.
3. Adapt the wax carefully onto the working model.
4. Sculpt and refine the pattern according to the required partial denture framework design.
5. Complete spruing and investing using the appropriate laboratory technique.
6. Carry out the burnout process to eliminate the wax pattern.
7. Cast the selected dental alloy into the prepared mould.
8. Complete finishing and polishing of the cast framework as required.
