Kalabhai Ultraarticule 3kg is a Type II white dental plaster formulated specifically for mounting dental casts on articulators. Its very low setting expansion helps maintain the intended mounting relationship, while the creamy consistency allows easy placement and adaptation. The material has a short working and setting cycle suited to efficient laboratory workflows. Its high whiteness also produces a clean, professional appearance around mounted models. Ultraarticule is intended for articulator mounting rather than high-strength die or master-cast fabrication.

Measure 90 ml of clean water for every 100 g of Ultraarticule powder. Add the plaster gradually to the water and mix for about 15 seconds until a smooth, creamy consistency is obtained. Apply the mix to the articulator mounting area and position the cast accurately. Complete adjustments within the approximately 2-minute working time and allow 3–4 minutes for the material to set.
