Kalabhai Ultra Rock Die Stone (Yellow) 3kg is a Type IV high-strength dental gypsum intended for accurate dies, master casts and fixed prosthetic laboratory work. The formulation combines low setting expansion with high compressive strength, chip resistance and good reproduction of fine details. Its yellow colour provides visual contrast during laboratory procedures. A low water-to-powder ratio supports a dense set model, while the controlled setting and hardening times provide practical handling for routine crown, bridge and master-model fabrication.

Measure 20 ml of clean water for every 100 g of powder. Sprinkle the powder into the water and allow it to soak for about 30 seconds. Mix for approximately 45 seconds manually or 30 seconds mechanically until a smooth, homogeneous consistency is obtained. Pour into the impression with gentle vibration, avoid trapping air, and allow 6–8 minutes for setting. Permit about 30 minutes for adequate hardening before trimming or intensive handling.
