Kalabhai Ultra Rock Die Stone (Brown) 3kg is a Type IV dental die stone designed for high-strength laboratory models and precision prosthetic work. Measure 20 ml of clean water for every 100 g of powder. Add the powder gradually to the water and allow it to soak for about 30 seconds. Mix for approximately 45 seconds manually or 30 seconds mechanically until homogeneous. Pour slowly with gentle vibration to reduce air bubbles. Allow 6–8 minutes for setting and approximately 30 minutes for hardening before trimming or heavy handling.
