Kalabhai Orthokal 3Kg is a Type III white dental stone developed specifically for orthodontic study models. Its high whiteness provides a clean presentation, while the material is formulated for fine surface detail, good strength and dimensional stability. The handling characteristics are suitable for routine orthodontic model pouring, with a practical working time and controlled setting. Orthokal is intended for laboratories and clinics that require clear, durable study models for diagnosis, case documentation and orthodontic planning.

Measure 28 ml of clean water for every 100 g of Orthokal powder. Add the powder gradually to the water and mix for about 15 seconds until a smooth consistency is obtained. Pour carefully into the orthodontic impression with gentle vibration to reduce air entrapment. The working time is approximately 5 minutes and the material sets in about 8 minutes under normal conditions.
