Kalabhai Labstone 3Kg is a Type III dental laboratory stone designed for dependable routine model fabrication. The bright-yellow material forms a smooth, creamy mix and provides a practical working time for pouring impressions. Its low setting expansion helps maintain dimensional accuracy, while the set stone offers sufficient strength for regular laboratory handling. Labstone can be used for study models, opposing casts, denture-related model work and other general dental laboratory procedures that require a consistent gypsum stone.

Measure 34 ml of clean water for every 100 g of Labstone powder. Add the powder to the water, allow it to wet evenly, and mix until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. Pour the mix gently into the impression using light vibration to reduce air bubbles. Allow approximately 7–10 minutes for setting and about 30 minutes for adequate hardening before separating the model from the impression.
