Kalabhai Kalstone Green 3Kg is a Type III natural dental stone intended for general laboratory use. It is suitable for acrylic occluding models, model bases, study models and opposing casts where reliable handling and stable model formation are required. The material offers good flow, practical working time and controlled expansion for routine laboratory procedures. Its green colour makes the material easy to identify, while the set stone provides useful strength for common model fabrication and diagnostic applications.

Measure 30 ml of clean water for every 100 g of Kalstone powder. Allow the powder to soak for about 15 seconds, then mix manually for approximately 30 seconds until smooth and uniform. Pour slowly into the impression with light vibration to minimize trapped air. Allow 6–8 minutes for final setting and approximately 30 minutes for full hardening before separating and finishing the model.
