Kalabhai Kalrock Diestone 3kg is an extra-hard Type IV natural dental die stone for fixed, stump and removable prosthetic model applications. It provides good stacking characteristics, dimensional stability and a dense set surface suitable for precision laboratory work. The material is compatible with commonly used impression materials and is formulated to provide dependable strength for dies and master casts. Its controlled handling and setting characteristics make it suitable for routine crown, bridge and prosthetic laboratory procedures.

1 × 3 kg pack of Kalabhai Kalrock Diestone

Measure 23 ml of clean water for every 100 g of Kalrock powder. Add the powder gradually to the water and mix for about 15 seconds until a uniform consistency is obtained. Pour into the impression carefully with light vibration to minimize air entrapment. Maintain the recommended water-to-powder ratio and allow approximately 8 minutes for setting before further handling.
