1. Select the appropriate JULL-DENT 130 drill according to the planned zygomatic implant protocol.
2. Inspect and sterilize the drill according to the applicable validated instrument-reprocessing protocol.
3. Secure the selected drill in a compatible surgical handpiece.
4. Establish the planned entry point and drilling direction according to the clinician's surgical plan.
5. Use the appropriate drill sequence and diameter according to the implant manufacturer's recommended protocol.
6. Maintain appropriate irrigation and drilling parameters to control heat generation.
7. Use the depth markings on the drill as a visual reference during osteotomy preparation.
8. Continue sequential drilling until the planned osteotomy dimensions are achieved.
