1. Select the appropriate elevator according to the treatment site and required access angle.
2. Prepare and anesthetize the surgical area according to the established periodontal surgical protocol.
3. Create the appropriate vestibular access for the planned VISTA procedure.
4. Introduce the selected elevator carefully through the access site.
5. Advance the instrument along the intended tunnel using controlled movements.
6. Use the appropriate angled or micro-tip instrument to extend and refine the tunnel.
7. Elevate the soft tissue and periosteal layer carefully to obtain the required access.
8. Complete the planned periodontal procedure according to professional clinical protocol.
