The JullDent Physiodispenser is an implantology drive unit designed to support dental implant procedures requiring controlled motor speed, torque and irrigation. The system uses a BLDC motor with a speed range of 0–40,000 rpm and torque limitation from 5 to 60 N.cm.
The unit provides real-time indication of operating speed and torque, together with automatic motor calibration and overload protection. Its automatic thread-cutter function and ergonomic foot controller are designed to support controlled operation during implant surgery.
The system supports multiple gear ratios, including 1:5, 1:4, 1:1, 16:1 and 20:1. The supplied configuration includes the control unit, irrigant support, universal support, mains cable, reusable irrigation tubing and foot control with cable. The 20:1 handpiece is not included.

1. Position the physiodispenser on a stable surface and connect the mains cable.
2. Connect the compatible motor and selected reduction handpiece according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3. Install the irrigation tubing and connect the irrigant supply.
4. Connect the foot controller and confirm that all connections are secure.
5. Select the appropriate speed, torque and gear-ratio settings for the planned implant procedure.
6. Verify the displayed operating parameters before beginning the procedure.
7. Operate the motor using the foot controller while maintaining appropriate irrigation during implant site preparation.
8. Monitor the displayed speed and torque during operation and adjust settings according to the clinical protocol.
9. After use, disconnect and process reusable components according to the manufacturer's validated cleaning, disinfection and sterilization instructions.
