The Julldent Dual Cheek & Flap Retractor is a multifunctional surgical instrument designed to provide cheek, lip and tissue-flap retraction with a single hand. Its integrated adjustable flap-reflecting mechanism helps provide access to the operative field while reducing the need for a separate flap retractor.
The instrument is intended for professional dental surgical applications, including single and partial implant procedures. Its configuration allows use in both maxillary and mandibular procedures and is designed to adapt to the contours of the lips and corner of the mouth.
The retractor is available in two configurations, 1.0 (JULL-DENT 177) and 2.0 (JULL-DENT 178). The listed product is supplied as one individual retractor.

1. Select the appropriate retractor variant according to the planned surgical procedure.
2. Position the patient and prepare the operative area according to standard clinical protocol.
3. Place the cheek or lip portion of the retractor carefully at the required oral position.
4. Adjust the instrument so the corner of the mouth and surrounding soft tissue are comfortably retracted.
5. Position the adjustable flap-reflecting component against the tissue flap requiring retraction.
6. Adjust the flap component to obtain the required surgical access without excessive tissue pressure.
7. Maintain stable retraction while performing the planned implant or oral surgical procedure.
8. Release the retractor carefully after completing the surgical step.
9. Clean, inspect and sterilize the instrument according to the manufacturer's validated reprocessing protocol.
