The Julldent ACM Drill (JULL-DENT 148) is an Auto Chip Maker drill designed to harvest autogenous bone in powdered form during dental implantology and bone-grafting procedures.
The drill features a special non-slip tip designed to provide effective cutting action. Its design is intended to deliver high cutting force while minimizing vibration during use. A reusable rubber stopper is supplied to assist with controlling the working depth.

1. Select the appropriate ACM drill size according to the planned bone-harvesting procedure.
2. Inspect and sterilize the drill and reusable stopper according to the applicable validated protocol.
3. Secure the ACM drill in a compatible surgical handpiece.
4. Set the reusable stopper to the desired working depth before starting the procedure.
5. Position the drill at the selected bone-harvesting site.
6. Operate the drill using the speed, pressure and irrigation parameters recommended by the manufacturer and clinician's established protocol.
7. Collect the powdered bone generated during the drilling procedure using appropriate sterile collection techniques.
8. Stop drilling once the planned quantity or depth has been reached.
9. Remove the drill carefully and inspect the harvested bone material before its intended clinical use.
10. Clean, inspect and sterilize the drill and stopper according to the validated reprocessing protocol.
