Indoco Rexidin-M Forte Mouth Gel is a prescription topical oral formulation supplied in a 15 g tube. Its current composition is chlorhexidine gluconate 1% w/w, metronidazole 1% w/w and lignocaine 2% w/w.

The formulation combines antimicrobial ingredients with a local anaesthetic component for targeted oral use. Because it is a medicine, the amount, frequency and duration of application should follow the instructions given by the treating dentist or doctor and the current product label.
