The GDC Sugarman Bone File 6 (Fs1/2s) is a specialized surgical instrument developed for periodontists and oral surgeons requiring high precision during osseous resective procedures. Featuring a mesial-distal blade alignment, this instrument excels at interproximal bone reduction, removing sharp bone ledges, and smoothing rough alveolar margins. It provides critical control in tight interdental spaces, especially around posterior molars where rotational diamond burs risk damaging adjacent dental structures.
Constructed from high-tensile medical-grade stainless steel, the Sugarman File 6 maintains sharp cutting edges over extended clinical use while offering exceptional resistance to corrosion and staining. The ergonomic #6 hollow handle is designed to deliver ideal tactile feedback and balanced weight distribution, reducing hand tension during delicate bone sculpting. Each sellable unit is supplied as an individual double-ended hand instrument ready for sterilisation and routine surgical practice.
