1.Select a 5 × 5 inch pediatric rubber dam sheet and mark the target tooth positions using a template.

2.Punch appropriate access holes using a pediatric dental dam punch.

3.Position the corresponding pediatric dental dam clamp onto the anchor tooth or seat it along with the sheet.

4.Pass the sheet gently over the designated tooth structures and stretch it onto the dental dam frame.

5.Invert the dam margins around the cervical regions using a plastic instrument or dental floss.

6.Perform the intended clinical procedure under a completely dry and isolated operating field.

7.Disengage the clamp and cut interdental septa using safety scissors before discarding the sheet.
