Examine the target tooth or root fragment clinically and radiographically to verify anatomical position.

Select the LLSC6 elevator and verify that the instrument is fully sterile and free of defects.

Position the curved tip into the periodontal space between the alveolar bone and the root exterior.

Apply gentle controlled force downward along the long axis of the root while using minor rotational forces.

Use the elevator as a class-one lever to expand the alveolar socket and loosen the root from the ligament attachments.

Progress to extraction forceps once sufficient mobility is established to safely remove the tooth structure.

Clean off organic debris immediately after use and autoclave according to standard dental sterilization parameters.
