Perform standard flap reflection and initial site marking according to surgical protocol. Select the OSTMSH50A osteotome after preliminary osteotomy preparation with smaller diameter instruments. Position the concave tip accurately over the prepared osteotomy site at the appropriate surgical orientation. Gently tap the proximal end of the instrument handle using a calibrated dental surgical mallet to condense or elevate bone. Monitor depth progress using anatomical landmarks and radiographies throughout the procedure.
