Clean and sterilize the osteotome chisel via autoclaving prior to surgical application. Soft tissue flap reflection should be completed to adequately expose the targeted bony ridge or site. Position the 7.5mm straight bevel tip accurately onto the marked osteotomy line. Apply deliberate, controlled impaction forces to the proximal handle end using a surgical mallet. Monitor the depth markings during advancement to ensure safe and accurate bone division. Gently manipulate or widen the bone gap as required for the specific procedure. Clean off organic debris post-procedure, inspect the working edge, and process for re-sterilization.
