Prepare the working field and thoroughly clean the root canal or retro-preparation site prior to material placement.

Mix the Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA) or biocompatible root-repair material to the desired consistency according to manufacturer recommendations.

Draw the freshly mixed MTA into the 1.2mm straight barrel of the carrier by retracting the internal plunger mechanism.

Carefully position the straight tip directly over the targeted treatment site within the prepared root canal structure.

Depress the plunger smoothly to dispense the material evenly into the cavity or canal space.

Condense and adapt the deposited material using an appropriate endodontic plugger or condenser.

Clean all remaining MTA material from the instrument tip immediately after use and sterilize via autoclave prior to subsequent procedures.
