Mix the MTA or bioceramic material on a glass slab according to the manufacturer's recommended consistency.

Retract the instrument plunger slightly to create a receiving cavity at the carrier tip.

Press the open 0.8mm curved lumen into the prepared MTA mixture to pick up the material.

Carefully insert the curved tip into the endodontic access cavity or surgical site, positioning it directly over the target canal or perforation.

Express the material by gently depressing the plunger button at the rear of the handle.

Condense the delivered MTA using an appropriate plugger, then clean the carrier immediately with water or alcohol before the cement sets.
