Sterilize the instrument in an autoclave according to standard healthcare processing protocols (134°C).

Position the micro needle within the curved tungsten carbide jaws at approximately one-third to one-half distance from the swage end.

Compress the spring handle until the locking mechanism engages securely over the suture needle.

Pass the needle through the target tissue maintaining the anatomical arc of the needle path.
