1. Clean and autoclave the cassette containing all seven luxators prior to clinical use.
2. Select the appropriate blade geometry and width based on the target tooth anatomy and access site.
3. Position the thin working tip parallel to the root surface directly into the periodontal ligament space.
4. Apply gentle axial pressure along with subtle apical and rotational movements to sever the periodontal fibers.
5. Progress through wider or angled luxators sequentially as the tooth mobilizes.
6. Once adequate mobility is achieved, proceed with standard extraction forceps for final tooth delivery.
