Select the appropriate size of upper or lower edentulous tray corresponding to the patient ridge dimensions.

Ensure the selected tray is thoroughly sterilized and inspected prior to clinical insertion.

Mix the designated impression material according to manufacturer recommendations and load it uniformly into the tray.

Position the tray inside the oral cavity, seating it evenly over the edentulous arch to capture key anatomical landmarks.

Hold the tray steadily in place via the angled handle until the impression material fully sets.

Gently break the air seal and remove the tray, inspect for accuracy, and proceed to cleaning and autoclaving post-procedure.
