Examine the patient's oral cavity, review relevant radiographs, and administer local anesthesia to the maxillary right molar area.

Sever the periodontal ligament attachment around the cervix of the target molar using a dental elevator or periotome.

Align the FX17S forceps so the pointed beak engages the furcation on the buccal side and the smooth/curved beak adapts to the palatal root.

Advance the beaks subgingivally along the root surface until a firm apical grip below the cementoenamel junction is established.

Deliver controlled palatal and buccal luxation forces to gradually expand the alveolar socket walls.

Once mobility is achieved, deliver the tooth outward following its natural root pathway.
