• 1 × Lower #4 Edentulous Perforated Impression Tray
Clean and sterilize the tray using standard autoclave protocols before clinical use. Select the appropriate lower size #4 tray matching the patient's edentulous ridge dimensions. Mix the chosen impression material according to the manufacturer guidelines. Load the mixed material evenly into the perforated lower tray. Seat the tray intraorally over the lower edentulous ridge with stable, uniform pressure. Hold the tray steady until the impression material completely sets. Gently break the suction and remove the tray carefully using a controlled motion. Inspect the mold for surface accuracy, rinse thoroughly, and disinfect following clinical standards.
