Select the appropriate tray size (#4 lower) matching the patient's arch dimensions.

Prepare and mix the chosen impression material according to the manufacturer guidelines.

Load the uniform impression material evenly into the non-perforated tray.

Insert the tray into the patient's mouth, centering it accurately over the lower edentulous ridge.

Apply gentle, even pressure to record necessary tissue landmarks and borders.

Allow the material to set completely as per the recommended setting time.

Remove the tray briskly along the axis of insertion, inspect the impression for accuracy, and clean/sterilize the tray.
