Clean and dry the tray surface, applying appropriate tray adhesive if utilizing elastomeric materials.

Mix the chosen impression material according to the manufacturer specified working times and ratios.

Load the material evenly into the non-perforated tray without creating air voids.

Insert the loaded tray intraorally, aligning it carefully over the lower dental arch.

Seat the tray gently until uniform material thickness and proper anatomical coverage are achieved.

Allow the impression material to set completely inside the mouth as per the clinical guidelines.
