Clean and sterilise the instrument using an autoclave at 135°C before initial use and between all patients.

Select the appropriate working end of the instrument based on the cavity preparation and desired anatomical contour.

Carry the composite resin material to the prepared tooth or apply it directly using the titanium-coated tips.

Adapt, shape, and sculpt the composite material against the cavity walls without the use of a separating liquid.

Immediately after sculpting, gently wipe the working ends with an alcohol-saturated gauze to remove any remaining composite before it cures and hardens.

Proceed with standard cleaning, disinfection, and sterilisation to maintain the coating and extend instrument life.
