Clean and autoclave the instrument thoroughly prior to surgical use.
Load the prepared particulate bone graft or synthetic material into the wide end of the cone funnel.
Lightly pack the particulate material into the barrel chamber using a sterile carrier or plugger.
Position the 3.5 mm cone orifice directly over the targeted osseous defect or osteotomy site.
Depress the plunger steadily to extrude the bone material smoothly into the defect site.
Post-procedure, dismantle residual components, purge remaining debris, and process through standard decontamination protocols.
