GC G-CEM ONE Paste Pak Starter Kit is a universal, dual-cure, self-adhesive resin cement system for the definitive placement of indirect dental restorations. The Translucent shade is designed for restorations where the cement should have minimal influence on the final appearance.

The cement is suitable for ceramic, composite and metal-based inlays, onlays, crowns and bridges. It can also be used for veneers, metal or fibre posts, cast post-and-core restorations and the definitive cementation of crowns and bridges on implant abutments.

Its thin film, optimised flow and tack-curing capability support complete seating and convenient excess removal. The included Adhesive Enhancing Primer can be used when additional bond strength is required, particularly with less-retentive preparations or where dependable self-curing is important.

The starter kit contains one 7.6 ml Translucent Paste Pak cartridge, one 2 ml bottle of Adhesive Enhancing Primer and one No. 22 mixing pad. G-CEM ONE Paste Pak starter kits are available in A2 and Translucent shades; this product is the Translucent variant. The compatible FujiCEM 2 Dispenser must be purchased separately.

1. Clean and prepare the tooth and restoration according to the restoration material manufacturer’s instructions. Avoid eugenol-containing materials.
2. When additional adhesion is required, dispense G-CEM ONE Adhesive Enhancing Primer into a clean dish and immediately close the bottle.
3. Apply the primer to prepared enamel and dentine, leave undisturbed for 10 seconds and air-dry thoroughly for 5 seconds using maximum oil-free air pressure. Do not light-cure the primer.
4. Pretreat the internal restoration surface according to its material type. Apply a suitable silane-containing primer to glass ceramic, hybrid ceramic or composite surfaces when required.
5. Load the Paste Pak cartridge into a compatible FujiCEM 2 Dispenser, which is sold separately, and dispense the required amount onto the supplied mixing pad.
6. Spread the two pastes thinly and mix thoroughly with a plastic spatula for 10 seconds without introducing air bubbles.
7. Coat the internal surface of the restoration with cement and seat it immediately under steady pressure. Complete placement within the approximately 2-minute 30-second working time.
8. Remove excess cement using the recommended self-cure stage or tack-cure each accessible margin briefly until the cement develops a rubbery consistency.
9. Maintain moderate pressure while removing excess cement to prevent movement of the restoration.
10. Light-cure every accessible surface for 10 seconds with a high-power LED above 1200 mW/cm² or 20 seconds with a 700–1200 mW/cm² halogen/LED unit, then allow the material to continue setting for 4 minutes before final finishing.
