GC G-CEM LinkForce Kit is a universal dual-cure adhesive resin cement system for the definitive cementation of indirect dental restorations. It combines G-CEM LinkForce cement, G-Premio Bond for the preparation and G-Multi Primer for the restoration surface.

The system can be used with glass and hybrid ceramics, composite, lithium disilicate, zirconia, alumina, metal and fibre posts. Its approximately 3 μm film thickness supports complete seating, while the automix delivery system provides a consistent cement mixture.

G-CEM LinkForce can be light-cured at accessible margins and chemically cured beneath thick or opaque restorations. A brief tack cure enables controlled excess removal before final polymerisation.

Starter kits are available in A2 and Translucent shades. Each kit contains one 8.7 g cement syringe, 20 automix tips, 5 ml each of G-Premio Bond and G-Multi Primer, 50 disposable applicators and 20 dispensing dishes. Verify the cement shade selected for the Zenodent listing before stocking.

1. Clean and prepare the tooth and restoration according to the type of indirect restorative material being cemented.
2. Pretreat the internal restoration surface as required. Glass ceramics may require hydrofluoric-acid etching, while zirconia, alumina, metal and composite substrates may require sandblasting.
3. Apply G-Multi Primer to the prepared internal surface of the restoration and dry thoroughly with oil-free air.
4. Select the appropriate tooth-etching protocol—self-etch, selective-enamel etch or total-etch—and rinse where applicable.
5. Apply G-Premio Bond to the tooth surface, leave it undisturbed for 10 seconds and dry thoroughly for 5 seconds with maximum oil-free air pressure.
6. Light-cure G-Premio Bond for 10 seconds using a compatible dental curing unit.
7. Attach a new automix tip to the G-CEM LinkForce syringe, discard the initial small amount and apply cement to the internal restoration surface.
8. Seat the restoration promptly within the approximately 3-minute working time and maintain steady pressure.
9. Tack-cure excess cement for 1–2 seconds per margin and remove it carefully while holding the restoration in position.
10. Light-cure each accessible surface or margin for 20 seconds. For opaque or thick restorations where light transmission is restricted, allow the cement to self-cure for at least 4 minutes after excess removal.
