GC G-Aenial Anterior-A3 is a light-cured, radiopaque microhybrid composite developed for aesthetic direct restorations in the anterior region. Its A3 standard shade is designed to reproduce a frequently encountered natural tooth colour while supporting both straightforward single-shade restorations and detailed layering techniques.

The material has a smooth, sculptable consistency that resists sticking to instruments during placement. Its light-scattering filler system helps the restoration blend with surrounding enamel and dentine, while the extended working time under ambient light gives clinicians additional control when forming proximal surfaces, incisal anatomy and facial contours.

G-Aenial Anterior can be used for Class III, IV and V restorations, cervical defects, direct composite veneers and diastema closure. Each pack contains one 2.7 ml syringe with 4.7 g of A3 composite. This unit has a short expiry of November 2026 and should be purchased only for planned near-term use.

• 1 × GC G-Aenial Anterior Composite Syringe, A3 Shade – 2.7 ml / 4.7 g

1. Clean the tooth with pumice and water, then select shade A3 before isolation while the tooth remains hydrated.
2. Isolate the operative field and prepare the cavity according to accepted minimally invasive restorative principles.
3. Protect the pulp when clinically indicated and apply an appropriate GC-compatible bonding system according to its instructions.
4. Dispense the required amount of composite onto a mixing pad and immediately recap the syringe.
5. Place and adapt the material in increments that do not exceed the curing depth specified by the manufacturer.
6. Sculpt each increment to reproduce the required tooth contour and anterior anatomy.
7. Light-cure every increment using a compatible dental curing unit. For A3 shade, a 700 mW/cm² halogen or LED unit provides approximately 2 mm curing depth in 20 seconds; follow the current manufacturer table for other light outputs or increment depths.
8. Check margins, proximal contacts and occlusion after completing the restoration.
9. Finish with suitable fine diamond burs, then polish using points, discs or an appropriate composite-polishing system.
10. Store the syringe tightly closed, protected from direct light and excessive heat.
