GC everX Posterior is a fiber-reinforced composite specifically designed for dentin replacement, to be used in combination with a conventional composite, such as G-ænial Posterior, for enamel replacement. The short fibers in GC everX Posterior provide an ideal substructure to reinforce large composite restorations. These fibers help prevent and halt crack propagation within the filling, a leading cause of composite failure.

Thanks to its unique properties, GC everX Posterior enables reliable chairside restorations of extensive cavities and offers an economical solution for restoring large posterior teeth.

Indications

GC everX Posterior is recommended as a reinforcing material for direct composite restorations, particularly in large posterior cavities, including:

• Cavities involving three or more surfaces
• Cavities with missing cusps
• Deep cavities, including Class I, II, and endodontically treated teeth
• Cavities following amalgam replacement (as amalgam often contributes to crack or cusp fracture)
• Cavities where onlays or inlays would also be considered

• Store in a cool and dark place (4 - 25°C / 39.2 - 77.0°F) away from high temperatures or direct sunlight

• Indication: EverX Posterior is recommended for cavities wider than 3 mm.
