1. Clean, trim, and bevel the broken edges of the acrylic prosthesis to prepare the repair site.
2. Measure out the required proportion of DPI RR Cold Cure Powder and Liquid into a porcelain or glass dappen dish.
3. Mix thoroughly for 30 seconds to achieve a uniform, free-flowing consistency.
4. Apply the blended acrylic mixture onto the repair surface or impression area while in its dough stage.
5. Secure the assembly and allow it to self-cure completely at ambient room temperature for 9 to 11 minutes.
6. Trim excess material using acrylic burs, followed by standard lab polishing procedures.
