1. Isolate the target tooth using a rubber dam and thoroughly clean and dry the preparation site.
2. Dispense the required quantity of premixed putty onto a clean glass slab or mixing pad.
3. Transport the material to the treatment area using a suitable MTA carrier or dental instrument.
4. Condense the putty gently into the cavity, root-end preparation, or perforation site.
5. Place a moistened cotton pellet over the repair site if immediate final restoration is deferred, or proceed according to protocol.
6. Seal the cavity with a temporary or permanent restorative material as clinically indicated.
