1. Dispense the required amount of MTA powder and liquid onto a clean, dry glass mixing slab.
2. Gradually mix the powder into the liquid using a plastic or non-corrosive spatula until a putty-like, homogeneous mixture is formed.
3. Isolate the target tooth effectively using a rubber dam to prevent saliva contamination during placement.
4. Transport the mixed cement to the preparation site using a dedicated MTA carrier or fine endodontic plugger.
5. Gently condense the material into place, ensuring complete coverage of the perforation, apical plug, or exposed pulp.
6. Confirm proper adapter adaptation and material depth using an intraoperative radiograph.
7. Place a moist cotton pellet over the applied material and seal the access cavity with a suitable temporary restoration to allow proper setting.
