DPI Impression Paste (FI001) is a traditional zinc oxide eugenol paste formulated to yield sharp, stable impressions in complete denture prosthetics. Its controlled flow allows it to capture fine anatomic contours without compressing soft tissues, ensuring ideal fit and retention for removable prostheses.

The material mixes smoothly to a uniform paste that sets rigidly inside the oral cavity, minimizing deformation during tray removal and cast pouring. Packaged in a dual-tube format, it ensures consistent mixing ratios and reliable clinical outcomes for every impression.

1 Pack Contains:
• 1 × Zinc Oxide Base Paste Tube – 125 g
• 1 × Eugenol Catalyst Paste Tube – 85 g

1. Dispense equal lengths of the Zinc Oxide Base Paste and Eugenol Catalyst Paste onto a glass slab or mixing pad.
2. Mix both components thoroughly using a flexible spatula for approximately 30 to 45 seconds until a uniform colour is obtained.
3. Apply an even layer of the mixed paste over a dry, custom acrylic tray.
4. Insert the tray into the patient's mouth and hold it firmly in position without movement until the material sets completely.
5. Carefully remove the tray from the mouth, rinse under running water, inspect for accuracy, and disinfect before pouring the cast.
