1. Clean and dry the mixing vessel, ensuring freedom from contaminants or moisture.
2. Proportion liquid monomer to heat-cure polymer powder according to the recommended volumetric or weight ratio (typically 1 part liquid to 3 parts powder by volume).
3. Add liquid to the vessel first, then slowly sprinkle the powder to allow uniform absorption.
4. Mix gently with a spatula for 30 seconds to achieve complete wetting without trapping air.
5. Cover the container and allow the mixture to reach the non-tacky, workable dough stage.
6. Pack the acrylic dough into the flask mold, apply trial closure, trim excess flash, and clamp securely.
7. Perform thermal curing in a water bath according to standard heat-cure processing schedules.
