1. Clean and isolate the stone mold in the flask with an appropriate alginate-based separating medium.
2. Measure DPI Heat Cure Liquid and DPI Heat Cure Powder according to the standard polymer-to-monomer volumetric ratio (typically 3:1 by volume or 2:1 by weight).
3. Pour the monomer liquid into a clean porcelain or glass mixing vessel, then gradually add the polymer powder.
4. Mix gently with a stainless steel spatula for 30–45 seconds to ensure complete wetting of all powder particles.
5. Cover the vessel and allow the mixture to reach a non-sticky, dough-like consistency at room temperature.
6. Pack the acrylic dough firmly into the mold cavity, perform trial closure, trim flash, and secure the flask in a press.
7. Process using standard heat-curing water bath cycle (e.g., slow cure at 73°C for 9 hours or quick cure at 73°C for 1.5 hours followed by 100°C for 30 minutes).
8. Allow the flask to cool completely to room temperature before deflasking, trimming, polishing, and finishing the denture.
