• Prepare the Root Canal:

• Soften the Gutta-Percha:
• Use a heat source, such as electrically heated spreaders or specialized heat carriers, to warm the gutta-percha.
• Ensure instruments are only gently warmed to avoid melting the material.
• Lateral Compaction:
• Select a gutta-percha cone of appropriate size and taper.
• Insert the cone carefully into the canal for a snug fit.
• Use the sharp tip of the heat carrier instrument to laterally compact the softened gutta-percha against canal walls.
• Apply gentle pressure and move the instrument back and forth to achieve compaction.
• Repeat with additional cones as needed to gradually build the root filling.
• Vertical Compaction (Optional):
