Clean the target tooth surface thoroughly and select the matching VITA shade prior to isolation. Isolate the operational area using a rubber dam and complete cavity preparation following adhesive guidelines. Apply total-etch or self-etch phosphoric gel, rinse, and blow dry without desiccating the dentin. Apply a suitable dental bonding agent, distribute evenly with dry air, and light-cure per bonding manufacturer instructions. Dispense and place Compomax composite in horizontal or oblique layers not exceeding 2 mm thickness. Light-cure each increment for 40 seconds using a standard dental light curing unit. Perform final anatomical finishing using fine diamond burs, discs, and polishing cups.
