Coltene GuttaFlow 2 - 60026871 is the 5 ml applicator refill for the GuttaFlow 2 cold obturation system. The material combines fine gutta-percha powder with a silicone-based endodontic sealer in a flowable automix formulation, allowing the clinician to use it together with a gutta-percha master cone without a heat-based compaction step.

This specific refill contains one 5 ml dual-barrel syringe. Compatible mixing and application tips are required but are not included in the uploaded refill configuration. Root canal preparation, tip selection, application quantity, obturation technique and setting time should follow the current COLTENE instructions for use.

1. Complete cleaning and shaping and dry the root canal according to the planned obturation protocol.

2. Fit a compatible GuttaFlow 2 mixing/application tip; tips are not included in this refill pack.

3. Extrude a small initial amount to confirm homogeneous mixing before intra-canal use.

4. Apply GuttaFlow 2 as directed and coat or combine it with the selected gutta-percha master cone.

5. Seat the master cone to working length and complete the obturation technique without forcing material beyond the apex.

6. Allow the material to set according to the current COLTENE instructions before completing the coronal restoration.
