Coltene Affinis Set (Addition Silicone) is a PVS impression material range for professional prosthodontic impression procedures. Zenodent lists Putty Super Soft, Putty + Light Body and Light Body subproducts, allowing the dentist to choose a single viscosity or a coordinated putty-wash combination.

The exact mixing, working and intraoral setting times depend on the selected Affinis formulation and ambient conditions. Use only the accessories intended for the chosen pack and follow the current COLTENE instructions for tray preparation, intraoral use, disinfection and storage.

1. Select the Affinis variant and impression technique appropriate for the case.
2. Prepare the tray and oral field in accordance with the current manufacturer instructions.
3. Mix the putty or attach the correct cartridge mixing tip for the Light Body material.
4. Syringe Light Body around the preparation and load the tray material when a combined technique is used.
5. Seat and hold the tray steadily until the material is fully set.
6. Remove, inspect and disinfect the impression before sending it to the laboratory.
