Being Foshan Airotor Handpiece Cartridges are replacement turbine assemblies for compatible Standard Head 401, Mini Head 402, and Super Torque 403 handpieces. They are intended to restore smooth rotation, cutting efficiency, and stable bur movement when the original cartridge becomes worn or noisy.

The range includes model-specific 401C, 402C, and 403C options. Each cartridge combines a metal rotor assembly with precision bearings designed for high-speed operation and repeated clinical maintenance. Correct model matching is essential because head dimensions and internal seating differ between variants.

Installation should be performed using the appropriate head-cap wrench and routine handpiece servicing procedures. 1. Confirm the exact handpiece model and select the matching 401C, 402C, or 403C cartridge.
2. Disconnect the handpiece from the dental unit and remove the bur.
3. Open the head cap with the correct service wrench and remove the worn cartridge carefully.
4. Clean the internal head chamber and inspect it for debris or damage.
5. Seat the replacement cartridge in the correct orientation and secure the head cap.
6. Apply suitable handpiece lubricant through the drive-air inlet and run briefly to purge excess oil.
7. Check for smooth rotation, normal sound, and secure bur retention before clinical use.
