The Being Foshan 45 Degree Airotor 1P45-B2 is a non-LED, high-speed surgical handpiece intended for improved access and visibility in posterior areas. Its 45-degree head orientation supports controlled tooth sectioning and other procedures where a conventional head angle may limit the line of sight.

A rear exhaust design redirects drive air away from the operative field, while the push-button chuck enables quick placement and removal of compatible friction-grip burs. The balanced turbine is designed to deliver smooth high-speed rotation with a recommended operating pressure of 0.22–0.25 MPa.

The handpiece uses a standard 2-hole B2 connection and includes a single water spray for cooling. It remains available online with a stock quantity of 0 until replenishment. Clean, lubricate, and autoclave the instrument at up to 135°C after use.

1. Connect the handpiece securely to a compatible 2-hole B2 dental unit hose.
2. Set the operating air pressure within 0.22–0.25 MPa and confirm the cooling water supply.
3. Press the head button, insert a compatible friction-grip surgical bur fully, and release the button.
4. Gently pull the bur to confirm secure retention before activation.
5. Test rotation and water spray outside the mouth.
6. Perform sectioning with light, controlled pressure while maintaining irrigation and avoiding turbine overload.
7. Remove the bur, clean and lubricate the handpiece, then pouch and autoclave at up to 135°C.
