Apple Dental Air Motor Engine is an air-driven dental motor designed to provide controlled rotary power for compatible low-speed handpieces. It can be used with both straight and contra-angle attachments for a range of dental procedures.

The motor operates at approximately 18,000–21,000 rpm and supports both clockwise and counterclockwise rotation. This operating range is suitable for applications such as controlled cutting, grinding and polishing when used with appropriate rotary instruments.

An external water connection allows irrigation to be supplied separately when cooling or flushing is required. The E-Type connection supports compatibility with suitable dental handpiece attachments, providing flexibility for different clinical applications.

The compact air motor weighs approximately 90 g and is designed for repeated professional use. It is autoclavable when processed according to the manufacturer's cleaning, lubrication and sterilization instructions. Each pack contains one Apple Dental Air Motor Engine.

1. Inspect the air motor, E-Type connection and water line for visible damage before use.
2. Connect the motor securely to the compatible dental-unit air supply.
3. Attach a compatible straight or contra-angle E-Type handpiece.
4. Check smooth clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation before clinical use.
5. Confirm the external water connection when water delivery is required for the procedure.
6. Operate the motor within its stated speed range using the appropriate attached handpiece and bur.
7. Disconnect, clean and lubricate the motor after use according to the applicable maintenance instructions.
8. Sterilize as specified for the device, then allow it to cool and dry before storage.
