Apple Dental A2 Pro LED Handpiece is a high-speed air turbine designed for controlled cutting and finishing during operative and restorative dental procedures. It combines a push-button chuck, high rotational speed, continuous LED illumination and triple water spray in one compact handpiece.

The handpiece operates between 35,000 and 400,000 rpm and accepts 1.59–1.60 mm FG burs. Its direct SMD LED provides continuous illumination with a 5500K colour temperature, while the Japanese precision ceramic bearing is designed to support smooth operation with reduced vibration.

A triple water spray system assists with cooling during high-speed cutting. The ergonomic Peacock Neck profile provides practical intraoral access and handling, while the anti-retraction system is designed to help reduce fluid backflow.

1. Inspect the handpiece, push-button chuck, spray outlets and connection before use.
2. Connect the handpiece securely to the compatible dental-unit fitting.
3. Insert a compatible 1.59–1.60 mm FG bur and confirm secure retention.
4. Activate the handpiece briefly to check LED illumination, triple water spray and smooth turbine rotation.
5. Operate within the specified air-pressure and speed range using adequate water cooling.
6. Perform the procedure with controlled pressure and stop the turbine before changing the bur.
7. Clean and lubricate the handpiece after use according to the applicable maintenance instructions.
8. Autoclave at up to 135°C as specified, then allow the handpiece to cool and dry before storage.
