• High compressive strength providing robust structural support under permanent metallic restorations.
• Low initial pH upon mixing, promoting initial physical adhesion to dentinal walls.
• Exceptional dimensional stability for dependable long-term retention of prostheses.
• Dual clinical application as a dependable luting agent and a protective cavity base.
• Low film thickness enabling complete, accurate seating of crowns, bridges, and inlays.
• Consistent setting kinetics permitting smooth workability during clinical delivery.
• Predictable acid-base chemical reaction delivering uniform material hardness.
Ammdent Zinc Phosphate Cement is a classic, high-strength dental formulation designed for permanent luting applications and restorative cavity lining. Composed of a zinc oxide powder and a buffered phosphoric acid liquid, this two-part system yields high compressive resistance and structural rigidity. The cement is engineered to withstand occlusal loading while offering dimensional stability over extended wear. This versatile material serves as a reliable adhesive medium for metal prostheses, including crowns, fixed partial dentures, inlays, and onlays, as well as orthodontic bands. When mixed to a thicker consistency, it provides a protective insulating base beneath deep amalgam or composite restorations to protect pulpal tissue from thermal changes. The package is supplied as a retail set containing 30 g of powder and 15 mL of liquid. Practitioners can precisely adjust the mixing ratio to achieve either a fluid luting film or a dense putty-like cavity foundation

• 1 × Powder Jar – 30 g
• 1 × Liquid Bottle – 15 mL
Clean and dry a cool glass mixing slab and a stainless steel cement spatula. Dispense the required powder-to-liquid ratio based on whether a luting or base consistency is required. Separate the dispensed powder into multiple smaller increments on the slab. Gradually draw the first powder increment into the liquid, stirring across a wide slab area to dissipate exothermic heat. Incrementally mix the remaining powder over a period of 90 seconds until a smooth, plastic consistency is achieved. Apply the mixed cement immediately to the internal aspects of the indirect restoration or onto the prepared cavity floor. Seat the restoration under firm pressure and maintain undisturbed until complete setting occurs. Carefully flake away excess hardened material around the margins using an explorer or scaler.
