Ammdent LC GI Line is a light-curable, radiopaque resin-modified glass ionomer cavity liner formulated to safeguard dentinal structures and enhance the success of direct restorations. Clean and dry the prepared cavity thoroughly prior to lining application. Place a radiopaque calcium hydroxide liner first if deep pulp protection is clinically required. Prime the dentinal surface with an appropriate dentin bonding agent if specified by the technique. Remove the syringe cap, attach a fresh disposable needle tip, and extrude a small test drop onto a mixing pad. Dispense and spread a thin, uniform layer of LC GI Line over the cavity floor while avoiding cavity margins. Light-cure the material for 20 to 40 seconds using an LED dental curing unit. Clear away any stray liner material from the enamel margins before placing the final composite restoration.
